Fees

Fees for the Southeastern Safety and Security Healthcare Council's 13th. Annual Joint Conference are as follows:

• Attendee Registration Fee $275

• Late Registration (After August 10, 2017) - $300

• At Door - $350

• Additional Attendee from same facility $175

• Vendors - $600

VENDOR SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES

There are available sponsorship opportunities for vendor at this year's conference. These opportunities include sponsoring Breaks, Lunches, Socials or any activity you would like to sponsor. Prices start at $500. This is a great way to further expose your products to our members and help make it the best conference possible. Vendor Shipping Forms

Any vendor needing to ship items to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort prior to the Conference, should do so through Convention Makers in Myrtle Beach. The Hilton is not equipped to receive shipping through other means. Their storage are is limited. All items should be shipped to Convention Makers prior to August 23, 2017. They will be delivered by by noon on August 27, 2017. The contact and shipping information for Convention Makers is on the forms.
